How the Process Works

  1. For a flat dispatch fee of $125, we send a trained technician directly to your location to diagnose the issue. The diagnostic fee is $100, which includes a full root cause analysis, photos, and documentation needed for your claim.

  2. We then handle the paperwork, submit your claim to the warranty or insurance provider, and coordinate directly with the adjuster. In some cases, the provider may require an in-person review by an adjuster, which may involve an additional $125 fee.

  3. Throughout the process, we keep you informed with clear updates on claim status, approval timelines, and any deductibles outlined in your RV extended warranty or insurance policy.

All warranty claims require manufacturer name, model number, serial number, date of purchase, year, make, model, VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) of your RV, mileage, and any warranty policy information that you have.
